About our Store

            Chesterfield Hobbies is located in historic Midlothian, Va., site of
            some of the first coal mines in America. Midlothian is located 11
            miles west of the capital of Virginia, Richmond on U. S. Route 60.

            Chesterfield Hobbies features HO, N, S, and O scale Trains. The
            shop is an authorized MTH dealer as well as a Lionel Value Added
            Dealer.

            In scale trains, Chesterfield Hobbies carries a full line of detail parts
            and scenery materials in addition to engines and rolling stock.
            Manufacturers include Walthers, Atlas, Athearn, Broadway Limited, 
            Kadee, Micro Trains, Kato, DPM, Woodland Scenics, Detail Associates,
            Details West, Bowser, Branchline, Marklin, S-Helper, Intermountain,
            Red Caboose, Stewart, Westerfield, Proto 2000, Preiser, Roco,
            Fleischmann, Tichy, Spectrum, and many more.

            Chesterfield Hobbies also carries plastic model kits from many
            manufacturers. The shop also stocks a full line of paints, tools and
            finishing supplies.

            Among the lines carried at Chesterfield Hobbies in models are AMT
            Ertl, Academy, Revell-Monogram, Tamiya, DML, Shanghai Dragon,
            Hasegawa, Lindberg, Italeri, Glencoe, Minicraft, Jaguar, AFV,
            Verlinden, Warrior, Trumpeter, Imex, Bum, Hat, Skybow, Skywave,
            Polar Lights, Nichimo, Airfix, Revell of Germany, and others.

            Chesterfield Hobbies also carries a selection of wooden ship
            kits from Midwest, Artesania, Mantua and Model Shipways. Others
            are available on special order. We also carry a few balsa airplane
            kits to be built as non-flying models.
